Blogger and Word Are Not as Compatible as I Thought

This is just a short post to both share some new information I found.   EDIT AS OF 9/30 3:38 PM: I went through various trial and errors trying to get the linked articles’ advice to work, but I wasn’t successful. I eventually asked my professor for help and he linked me to this article which you should probably use if you are having similar problems with footnotes that I was. I am tempted to just delete this post but I figured it’s good evidence of working through a technological issue.

I’ll try my best to not make this too dry for all those involved.

The Necessary Introduction

Hello and welcome!  Before reading on, I would like to forewarn you that when I post I will be working under the assumption that you are either a fellow classmate or my professor, and thus do not need much context as to why I'm posting or what I'm posting about. On the very rare chance that you, the current reader, are not either of those the title and description of my blog should give you enough clues as to what my blog, in general, is about. As for who exactly this mysterious first person is, go ahead and click the three horizontal lines that should be on the top left corner of your screen. Having done that, you should see a little picture of me in Curacao—an amazing island below the Bahamas that I visited with my mom because she is the best—and a short description of yours truly. If you still want to read my blog or are required to do so (e.g. my professor/classmates), please scroll down. Thank you in advance for reading! EDIT AS OF 9/22/2020: I have since realized tha...
